My husband, Lew, and I are close friends of Bonnie Z. I've known Bonnie since 1986. Ever since then she has been the courageous, caring person she is today. We love her.
I just finished up a Ph.d. and am writing a book today about People who are vital, growing, and productive at 86 to 100= years of age.
I hike, but so far not up mountains!
