LOCATION: Santa Cruz again

Sad to say this is our last post.  The snorkeling with the sea lions was amazing today.  Swirling in the water all around us,  amidst glittering schools of fish, we felt transported to another world. Tomorrow we visit Lonesome George, the last tortoise of his kind.  We fly back for a day of adventures in Quito.  We are looking forward to telling you  our tales of travel.

We are all safe in Quito. Jeff and Reed leave in the morning. The rest of us are off to see the equator, the jungle and the old city.

Just had a great local dinner. Guinea pig, plantains and other local delicacies.
