On this page I will detail the gear I will be taking to Ama Dablam. The challenge is always to have the all the stuff you need and no more. I am always astounded when I look at the pile of gear I have to pack. I will be taking several new items to Ama Dablam this year and will let you know how they all work out.
Below is my packing list. I will not take all of this stuff, but it is where I start. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. Any new ideas are always appreciated.

I have Bernie on here tonight with me so my entire family is with you both all the way. Good luck - every step of the way. My dad says - pole, pole and nguva kama simba. (strong like lion- as his KILI team chanted each night in the camp!) Go for it - live it up and take good care.
