Back in BC after a night in Camp 3

Hi it's Pat here. We safely descended an exhausting 1800m from Camp 3 to BC today and I'm pretty knackered so I'll write a full update with photos and messages tomorrow.

Thank you for that wonderful commentary from camp 3 - it sounds absolutely magnificent and I can't wait to see your footage, although I bet just nothing can capture the feeling of being there.

It's fantastic to be able to follow your trip like this - we are so proud of you!!!

I guess you are resting up now and eating all those froot loops and tim tams : )
