Nameste everyone ..have walked from namche to phakding today, bout a 4 hr walk down which is great, my legs and lungs are appreciating the lower altitude and seeing other people in the land of the living...haha.

the trek is nearly over we will walk to lukla tomorrow, have a night there then early morning flight to kathmandu and some cold beer!.

to all who have sent msgs, its been great reading them, I hope all have enjoyed the trek/climb.

I have inserted a picture of wat island peak looks like from the south side....a beautiful but hard mountain - I think anyway- to climb.

will write more bout my thoughts on the trek tomorrow and a bit of reflection and all thanku's.
