Hello again everyone,
So here's the follow up from Sunday, september 21:
After celebrating my birthday with cake and candles (which will be the last time I will ever have 3 candles as in 3 decades on my cake. Next birthday, it will be 4...), we came back to Camp Muir at around 7:30 am. We took a short break to pack up and refill and we started the descent at 9:15 am

Day 5 (september 21): Midnight. We get awakened by the guides and YES it is a GO. It's really nice outside. The sky is filled with stars, we can see the moon (not full but really clear anyway). I go crazy, it's my birthday! I'm so happy, I will climb. I was even able to sleep. Everything is cool. No wind. We are ready !!!
